Nightshifts – ‘Karma’ | Single Review
‘Karma’ is the latest single from Canadian producer Nightshifts. I’m a true believer of karma, and am firmly behind treating others the way you want to be treated. One time I had a co-worker who was simply awful, and rather than let my emotions get the best of me I chose to ignore it as eventually karma would get back at them. Sure enough it did, as she shat herself and had to go home early once. Karma, you rock.
With reverb all over the mix, this track is one that seduces the eardrums. The fingersnaps and percussion produce a rhythm that aims for the hips, while the sultry guitars and smoky vocals look to bring you under their spell. ‘Karma’ is catchy, sexy and oh so infectiously good, oh and that little guitar solo too. Oof, what a great song.
